Our history

Ca.Bre Casearia Bresciana was founded on April 14, 1954. In November of the same year, it already had 1000 members, who had promptly joined the Cooperative.

In 1984, after 30 years of continuous growth, Ca.Bre processed 500.000 quintals of milk to produce Grana and Provolone.

Surrounded by peace and nature, in the flatlands of Brescia, Ca.Bre collects the milk coming from 50 stables nearby and turns it into dairy products of the finest quality.
